Comments(0) If you are trying to generate an SSL Certificate using Wamp with Apache 2.2.11 you are going to have problems.
GO DOWNLOAD A FRESH COPY OF THE OPENSSL WIN32 BINARIES
http://www.slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html
Then follow this tutorial against your standalone openssl.exe
